A Good Boss

Nowadays everbody is talking about their bosses.Some people think that their bosses are good people while majority of people think that they are not.What determine the good boss.I think a good boss is someone who doesn't see himself/herself as a authority.A good boss is someone who has good communication skills.Moreover, he/she should have high expectation for success.He/she should believe and trust his/her personnel.Therefore I think if the personnels can tell about their problems to their boss easily then that boss is a good boss.
